Your shortlist, apartment notes, comparisons and preferences stay in this device’s browser storage. Settings can remove saved apartment data; clearing site data in your browser also removes other local preferences.
Addresses and maps
Address searches and building coordinates are sent to the official Swiss geodata service api3.geo.admin.ch. Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap and the map library from unpkg. These providers receive technical request data such as your IP address and the requested URL. External listing portals receive data when you open their links.
Shared comparisons
You select and review the included data before sharing. The snapshot is encoded in the URL fragment after #. Anyone with the complete link can read and forward it. A shared link cannot be centrally revoked.
Operations and usage statistics
The site uses Vercel hosting and private Vercel Blob for neighborhood voting. Hashed IP identifiers limit votes within a 60-second window; expired entries are removed on the next successful vote. Vercel Web Analytics receives page views and allowlisted feature events; addresses, notes, emails and secret keys are not event properties. Hosting providers also process technical logs. You can use the site without voting or sharing a comparison.
